Hai…seems a bit lazy 2 continue writing on….. some more a bit bz recently… but then, if I nvr write down everyting regarding tis trip, mayb after a few yrs, lots of d memory wil b 4gotten. Tats y, d best is 2 jot down everyting so tat few yrs later, can read on it n smile on my own, thinking bek those sweet moment having togede wif my dearest frens!!

So, decided 2 continue writing…but still, on d 2nd day of our trip, haha (",)

22/11/2006 (Sunday)

I remember tat not only me sleeping in d ferry while on d way 2 Pangkor frm Lumut. Most of us ZZzzz… If I m not mistaken, left Zhen alone wide awake. Cz she said tat she wanted 2 climb up 2 d top of d ferry 2 view d scenery. At 1st, she asked me along, but then I don hv d urge 2 go since I was so giddy. So guilty of disappointing her. D rest oso lazy 2 go wif her, so, end up she went alone… Hehe, actualy we were giving her chance 2 get 2 know any leng chai on top of d ferry. If we were 2 go togede, then not nice of us 2 become lamp post (keke, jz pulling her leg la).

Whn we alight at d ferry terminal in Pangkor, several ppl approach us, asking whether we need 2 rent a car or need their transportation service. Only Guan n Yu negotiate wif them cz I was so giddy n stood quite a distance frm them. Finally, we made a decision 2 rent a car directly instead of asking 4 other transportation service. Cz Pangkor is actualy out of my expectation… It does not look like Redang Island, whereby u can c d beach immediately once u reach d ferry terminal. Pangkor is more like a small town. D beach is at d other end. So, without a car during our stay in Pangkor, it wil definately cause us lots of inconvenience!!!

So, Yu was d driver 2 drive d rented car (hehe, cz manual gear, more challenging than auto gear. Since Yu get used 2 drive manual gear car, then she shd b d 1 2 start driving). Our 1st destination was of cz our apartment. Er…wat apartment already?! hardly remember…. oh no, my brain has start 2 become rusty!!! It was 4pm+ whn we reached our apartment wif 2 bedrooms. We put our things n settle ourselves down.

At 1st, we were so excited n wanted 2 go out 2 d beach as soon as we had stuffed our things inside d apartment. But Guan saw my pity face, like suffered a lot due 2 d giddiness, he decided 2 let me hv a short nap 1st. I suspect tat I was giddy becoz of d hot weather & oso not enuff sleep. Cz ther’s only 3 main factors 4 me 2 get tis illness : 1) very hungry, 2) not enuff sleep, 3) hot weather. So, I quickly go n hv a quick bath n hv a nice sleep in d air-con room. While d rest r watching tv, d Korean drama.

I duno I hv slept 4 how many hrs, but I was awakened by Siew. They said it’s time 4 us 2 go down d beach, or else, it will b too late already. So, we changed into our swimming suites n walk 2 d beach. No doubt d short nap had freshened me a lot, but I think d main reason 4 me 2 recover 1st was d excitement! I was so hapi 2 get 2 play in d beach. Especially, hearing tat we can go 4 d banana cruise ;p My sis has d experience n told me tat it was fun. Tat’s y, I won’t miss d chance 2 hv d experience myself.

But, we 4got 2 take pic whn we were abt 2 start our cruise. Hehe, so tis pic was taken only after we had finished our cruise. Tats y d banana boat was parked at d sand upward instead of facing down d sea (",)

After d banana boat, we tried another sea games, but i duno d name of d game. We need 2 lie down flat on d surf board n let d boat pull us round d sea. So much fun!! it was so windy n can felt d sea water splash on our skin. But sometimes need 2 close our eyes 2 avoid d salty water frm "kena" our eyes…

Hehe, those 2 rides was so expensive!! but we managed 2 reach an agreement wif them 4 further discounts after few minutes negotiating wif them. D rest was so BAD, let me nego alone wif d Indian guy!!! They stood behind me, only lent me their ears, not their mouth. Anyway, very hapi 2 hv a successful negotiation. Haha, a gd chance 2 apply my Negotiation Skill which I had learned d theory during my UTM course ;p

Then, we very daring 2 ask d Indian guy 2 borrow us d life jacket even though we had finished our ride. Most of us duno how 2 swim, tats y need a life jacket 2 let us remain floating whn playing in d sea. Only Yu n Guan know how 2 swim. As 4 d rest of us, we know how 2 splash water on ppl only, hehe.

Look at my "sian" face then know tat i m not feeling well already… My head started 2 feel giddy again!!! But of cz I don wan 2 b a spoilt sport, then try 2 stand d pain lo. After playing in d salty water, we went 2 d swimming pool below our apartment 2 continue soaking ourselves. But Zhen said she was tired n wanted 2 go bek 2 d apartment 2 hv a bath 1st. Tats y she nvr join us in d swimming poo. Hehe, gd oso la. Cz Zhen took d longest time 2 bathe, so let her take her own sweet time while we enjoyed playing in d swimming pool. Yu n Guan hv a swimming race. Wow, we nvr guessed tat Guan actualy wil b d winner! As 4 Siew n me, we jz learn 2 float by gripping on d hand grips by d side of d pool. After a short while, Siew said tat she is oso tired n wanted 2 go bek 2 d apartment. Then, followed by me.

Haha, whn I was bek 2 d apartment, surprised 2 c tat Siew was stil wearing d swimming suit. Tis is bcoz Zhen hvnt come out frm d bathroom. Wah, now only I experienced d so called "LONGEST" time needed 2 hv a bath ;p Haha, luckily whn Guan & Yu came up, it was already Siew’s turn 2 bathe.

After every1 has changed into a dry clothes, all of us felt hungry & decided 2 go out 4 dinner. Zhen said she wanted 2 took d challenge 2 drive d manual car since she has not been driving manual car 4 so long already. Then, we rounded d whole island 2 search 4 nice food. Nobody expect tat d road in d island is so bengkang-bengkok!!! Jz like d road up 2 Cameron highland. We totally can’t c any oncoming car frm d opposite direction. Hehe, we were like sitting in a roller coaster, so exciting!!!

Siew was sitting beside Zhen, at d front seat. She was so scared, until tightened up d seating belt. S 4 me, haha, my giddiness became worse…I even asked Zhen 2 stop d car by d road side 4 me 2 vomit. Wow, felt so much btr after released out those xtra water (cz no food 2 b vomit out since hvnt eat anyting…only water…) Zhen was so guilty, she thought tat her driving skill has made me sick. But, I don think so. Cz I am already giddy even b4 I sit in d roller coaster (",). So, Zhen agreed 2 continue her driving.

Siew was too afraid 2 sit in front! She volunteered her seat 2 Guan, if I was not mistaken. But, out of our expectation, d road became more bengkang-bengkok, jz like a "8" n don hv any lamp post along d road. It was so dark…. Finally, we found a restaurant & decided 2 giv ourselves a break.

We hv food 2 eat at last! We ordered crab, vege, fish, etc. We thought tat it wil cost us a BOOM, but whn d bill came, we were so surprised of d figure. So cheap! less than RM100, 4got how much ler. After eating, we decided 2 go bek 2 our apartment 4 rest. Furthermore, it was Sunday n we hvnt has our MINI FELLOWSHIP yet…. But, after Zhen had parked d car below our apartment, Yu n Siew saw a few souvenier stalls nearby our apartment. They wanted 2 hv a walk 1st b4 going up 2 d apartment. But 4 me, wat I wanted 2 do d most is 2 hv a nice sleep…

Tats y, I went up 2 d bed alone whereas they continue strolling. I reminded them 2 wake me up once they r bek so tat I can join their MINI FELLOWSHIP. Who knows, whn I woke up by myself, I heard them singing hymns…. Then I faster climb down frm d bed n join them. Siew said tat they saw me sound asleep, "bu ren xin" 2 wake me up. So gd of them, but stil, I don wan 2 miss d chance of praising d LORD togede wif them. After singing a few hymns, then we hv sharing among us. I was d 1st 1 2 share…. duno whether is my sharing too long until Siew fallen asleep ZZzzz. D theme given by Guan was : Any Changes 2 Us / our lives  after leaving IVCC 4 tis few yrs….

By d time it was Siew’s turn 2 share (she was d 2nd person), she realy cannot tahan, her eyes hardly open. So, we spare her, let her continue hv sweet dreams. Yu, Zhen n Guan took turns 2 share then. We chat 4 a very long time…until mid of d nite, then only we turned in 2 sleep.

Guan promised 2 b d 2nd person 2 wake up d nex day (hehe, 1st person is me, since I had enuff sleep already, compared 2 d others). In our heart, we hv tis tiny thought : sure or not?! let’s c tmr then only we know!!

22/10/2006 (Sunday)

All of us woke up very excitingly except Guan ;p He was d last 1 2 brush his teeth & wash his face. He cant lose even 1 second 4 a nap, hehe. Aiya, cant blame him la, he jz came bek frm Penang (biznez trip) on Friday evening & join us tis trip early in d morning of Saturday. He claimed tat he doesn’t hv enuff rest… So, we hv 2 tolerate wif him, haha.

By rite we wan 2 depart at 6am sharp, but end up departing at 6:45am. Mayb too many ppl, delay here a bit, delay ther a bit, then ma late lo. Zhen was d 1 2 drive…or is it Siew? aiyo, cant remember ler…. Wat I remember was Guan & I still sleep d most in d car during tat day!! At 1st Guan was sitting in front 2 accompany d driver, but then being chased 2 d bek seat since he doesn’t play his part well, cz wat he did was sleeping all d way. So, 4 me, I oso don hv d chance 2 sit on d front seat, cz wat I knew was oso sleeping, haha.

Along d journey was very smooth. Every1 of us started 2 b more alert after exiting d highway toll. Cant realy remember which toll was tat…. But Yu has a very gd preparation. He already asked her church mate 2 draw a complete map 4 us. Although it was a very simple map, but it shows all d important landmark 4 us.

But stil, we missed out 1 of d landmark n began 2 went into more hulu place…all d way was d kampung’s tanah merah… We felt very strange n made a U turn bek 2 d point wher we started 2 lost our focus. Once again, every1 of us was rather alert n a bit scared of losing our way. Thank GOD, after returning 2 tat particular point of rd, we saw d landmark which we had missed earlier on. Soon after tat, we were bek 2 our track.

Yu told us tat she had made a breakfast appointment wif her church mate which has bek 2 his hometown in Perak. He was d 1 2 drew d map 4 us. But, on d way 2 meet him 4 breakfast, we pass by Kellie’s Castle & decided 2 drop by 2 hv a visit. Oh Gosh, we nvr heard abt tis castle b4!! We only get 2 know it whn Yu mentioned it 2 us. We had 2 pay RM?? (4got liao) in order 2 enter d abandoned castle. Yu explained tat d castle was build by an Ang Moh by d name of Kellie 4 his family. But he fall sick while building d castle hf way n was bek 2 England. Unfortunately, he died in England & d construction has stop since then. Tis is bcoz his family were oso not willing 2 move 2 M’sia at tat point of time. Such a waste!!!

We spent almost an hr in d castle, exploring n snapping pictures. We tried 2 search 4 Kellie’s bedroom, but dunno which 1 is actualy his bedroom. Cz all d rooms in d castle seems 2 b alike, small n square!! But, its an experience 2 walk down d tunnel. Haha, d tunnel ended in an empty & dark small space, claimed 2 b his wine bar ;p

D most exciting part was whn we climbed up 2 d roof top! It was so windy even though d sun shine was so brite.. N we discovered tat Kellie was d 1st person 2 invent bucket lift. But, unfortunately, d idea has remained only an idea cz he don hv d chance 2 let it operate.

Our nex destination…hehe, meeting Yu’s fren 4 breakfast!! But it was almost noon time whn we departed frm Kellie’s Castle. Yu had 2 call her fren 2 postpone our appt, frm breakfast to Lunch. At 1st, Yu’s fren said tat he has 2 go 2 church 4 sunday service. But, after a few calls, he said tat he wil meet us 4 lunch due 2 d timing; his worship is ending soon. We were so pai seh 2 let him left d church even though d service has not come 2 an end yet.

Yu’s fren brought us 2 a Chinese Restaurant 2 eat Fu Chow food. Hm..d food was quite nice, only tat I started 2 felt giddy at tat time. So, din realy enjoy myself. Mayb due 2 d hot weather, tats y my "lao mao bing fa zhou" again. But, after drinking d coffee, I felt much btr, haha. Coffee is my medicine (",)

After Lunch, we continued our journey 2 Lumut. Found a c/park n faster buy d ticket 4 ferry. Wow, I was so tired. Slept in d ferry although d journey frm Lumut 2 Pangkor Island took only 15 minutes. Part of d reason is oso I still felt very giddy.

It was a long time ever since I joined a trip organised by my close frens. Finally, on 21/10/2006, I had d chance to go for a 5 days + 4 nites trip (KL + Perak) wif my good bro n sis (hehe, only 1 bro wif another 3 sis in Christ). Frankly speaking, every1 of us had a fantastic time playing around togede (",)

21/10/2006 (Saturday)

Guan & I sat a bus to Kluang at 10:30 a.m. to meet Siew. Guan had called me 2 double chk d timing wif me since I was d 1 2 buy d bus tic. Hihi, he was afraid tat he might wake up late d nex morning & miss d bus, hence asked me 2 giv him a morning call on d nex day, ard 8am. Whn I remembered 2 call him, it was already 8:30a.m. I was so "gan jiong" : oh no, late already!! duno whether he is stil on d bed or not!!! Thank GOD, whn I called him, his voice sounded like he has taken a bath & very fresh already.

But whn I reach d Larkin terminal ard 10:15a.m., he was no wher 2 b found… I then received a sms frm him telling me tat he might b late 4 d bus, no need 2 wait 4 him, he wil sit another bus if d bus is not going 2 wait 4 him. Alas, at 10:30pm sharp, whn d bus driver started d bus engine, Guo Xing helped me 2 call Guan again. Luckily, he said tat he was already in d terminal, searching 4 d bus. After knowing d platform number, he managed 2 find us in d bus.

Whn we were on d way 2 kluang, we chat 4 so many things…but mainly abt our career. Knowing tat he was actualy so lucky 2 get 2 travel 2 so many countries like China, etc. D bus seems 2 b very silent after we stop talking cz we r d only person chit chatting!!! I was so tired until fall asleep whereas Guan still very "jing shen", he stay awake during d whole journey 2 watch King Kong which was being played in d TV.

Whn we almost reaching d terminal in Kluang, we called Siew. She instructed us 2 stop at 1 of d bus stop b4 even reaching d terminal. Luckily we still able 2 stop at d correct bus stop. Less than 10 minutes, she drove her mini kelisa 2 fetch us. While Guan & me were still in d bus jz now, we were chatting abt : oh no, nvr sat in Siew’s car b4.. duno whether her skill is gd enuff 2 drive or not.. like a bit scared… But who knows, she drive very very well (",) Even much more btr than me n Guan. or is it becoz of d AUTO gear? haha, nobody knows.

Siew brought us 2 hv lunch since it was almost 12pm. She recommended us d Thai Tomyam fish + rice. Wow, delicious!! Siew, thx 4 d treat ya. Then, she was rushing 2 fetch her bro & mum. After tat, we only knew tat she hvnt pack her things!!! She brought us back 2 her rental hs, n we waited 4 her 2 pack her things then hv a bath. Meanwhile, oh no, Zhen was waiting 4 us at d Ayer Itam Tol. Sori la, Zhen, we don mean 2 let u wait 4 so long…. We had 2 go 2 d photo shop 2 load our camera, go 2 d medical shop 2 buy some medication, go 2 7 eleven 2 buy drinks n bread, etc.

Finally, we were heading towards Ayer Itam 2 fetch Zhen. She was waiting ther 4 quite some time, I guess. Cz she gave us so many "follow-up" calls, 2 ask wher r we??!! Whn reaching ther, we were so "pai seh"! She was not waiting alone. Well, her parents togede wif her grandma were sitting on d car waiting 4 us…. luckily Zhen was not so frustrated afterall, she stil gave us a very warm smile. Her parents too. Zhen parents even warned her not 2 drive too fast if she got d chance 2 become d driver in tis trip.

So, off we go, heading towards KL 2 meet Yu. Yu was waiting 4 us anxiously, sms us wher r we so tat she can roughly know wat time we wil b arriving. Siew & Zhen took turns 2 drive Siew’s Wira while Guan & I took turn to….ZZzzz. Haha, cz we dare not touch Siew’s car due 2 our poor skill. Finally reached KL ard 5pm++. Guan called Yu 2 ask 4 d direction jz in case we lost our way. Yu instructed us 2 stop at a petrol kiosk n wait 4 her 2 lead d way.

At last, we saw Yu’s white Wira. I accompanied Yu & d rest follow Siew’s car. We reached Yu’s hs in Cheras safely. Hm..as soon as we entered Yu’s hs, she told us tat her mom is preparing dinner 4 us. Wow, we were so "pai seh" at tat time!! 3 of us tried 2 go 2 d kitchen 2 help, but everyting seems 2 b ready. We took turns 2 bathe then start having dinner wif Yu & her family.

So many dishes!!! We finished it all…. After tat, we went to Bintang Walk in Yu’s car. We actualy went in 2 Starhill n whn we were going out, it rains heavily. We left wif no choice but 2 enter back d building. We walked ard until notice some of d unique design of those Cafes n took a lot of pic. D most un4getable design was d ladies toilet. Siew, Zhen, Yu & me was like, wow, so Special!! We even took pic in d toilet, hehe. Then, after tired of walking, we went 2 source 4 d most economic cafes 2 hv a cup of drinks each. Yu was very clever 2 found 1; The Bakers. We had cakes n juices, & it was Guan’s treat. Yummy, yummy! Then we chat 4 very long ther, while waiting 4 d rain 2 stop.

Until we thought tat it was realy late already, we decided 2 went off. Mana tahu, d rain still hvnt stop. All of us "chong" togede 2 get d car in d c/park. Luckily not so wet, although we did get wet ;P Yu was d driver at tat nite cz all of us were not familiar wif KL. Then, we went bek 2 Yu’s hs & hv an early sleep tat nite…cz we plan 2 depart at 6am d nex day…
